14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your book, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at orders@100books.art before the 14-day period expires.
How to return
Email orders@100books.art with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return address. Books must be returned in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect book, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
